Wragge & Co in top tier for client satisfaction

Wragge & Co LLP is a top-tier firm for client satisfaction. It is ranked second in a list of 43 UK and international law firms in Legal Week's annual Client Satisfaction Report.
The report is based on responses from more than 850 senior in-house lawyers and finance directors at nearly 700 companies. Wragge & Co scored highly in quality of legal advice (9.4 out of 10) service delivery (9), and relationships (8.9).

According to Legal Week's independent report, the top five firms are Lovells, Wragge & Co, Travers Smith, Jones Day and SJ Berwin.
Wragge & Co undertakes regular client service reviews and runs debriefs with clients on completion of a matter. The purpose is to ensure that clients' objectives are being met, share best practice and drive continuous improvement.
The firm's reputation for excellent client service received another boost earlier this year. It was named 'most client-focused law firm of the year' at the 2009 Legal Technology Awards.
