Richard is a partner in the Human Resources group and is head of the Combined Human Resources Solutions (CHRS) team. Richard also leads the Workplace Pension Reform (WPR) team and spent an extensive period of time working onsite at the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) as one of the lead pensions law advisers. He is a regular speaker at industry events, including the Money Purchase Pensions Forum, the National Association of Pension Funds and the Association of Consultant Actuaries.

Ian has spent several years immersed in the world of WPR. In 2009 he was seconded to the Department for Work and Pensions and worked on legislation under the Pensions Act 2008. He has since worked extensively onsite at NEST and advises a number of household names on compliance with WPR. He regularly speaks on this issue at seminars and workshops.

An associate in the CHRS team, Jane was the resident "expert" on WPR in her former firm. Shortly after arriving at Wragge & Co in 2010, she worked onsite at NEST. She advised on technical issues and drafting plain language communications for NEST's website, targeted at potential members and employers. Jane has delivered workplace pension reform training on a number of occasions.

Ruth advises on both employment and pensions law. Like the rest of the core WPR team, she spent an extensive period of time working onsite at NEST in the months leading up to the transactional website launch, when NEST enrolled its first members from selected UK companies. Ruth also provides training and advice on WPR and the potential wider implications it can have on clients' business plans, including workplace consultation and pension scheme restructuring.
