HM Treasury consults on collective investment scheme exemption amendments for property transactions
On 1 February 2007, HM Treasury began its consultation on whether the Schedule to the Collective Investment Schemes Exemption Order should be amended to clarify its application to certain types of property transaction.14.02.07

Commission publishes final report on retail banking sector inquiry
